About Lisa Hayes
"My goal is to provide a level of service that exceeds my client’s expectations. I do this by remembering to be grateful for opportunities to improve, asking ‘What else is possible?’ and helping my clients feel good about the decisions they make."
I am a mother of 3, with 2 daughters and a son. I have lived in several states with many moves under my belt before making NC my forever home. Born in Minnesota, I have also lived in Connecticut, and Texas (both Austin & Houston), moving to the Raleigh area in 2004. I have never regretted my move here. It truly is a wonderful place to raise a family. We enjoy the mountains of North Carolina for skiing in the Winter and hiking in the Summer. We also own a property (and boat) in beautiful Beaufort for beach getaways. I enjoy watching Carolina Hurricanes Hockey and have been a season ticket holder since 2004. Our son plays both rugby & football, so we are very involved with that-volunteering plus cheering them on.
I have loved practicing real estate because it allows me to meet so many people, and seeing the smile on their face when they get top dollar for their house, or when they turn the key into the lock of their new house is my motivation! I am a relocation specialist with a rich background in service training management, and I am also an accredited home stager to better serve your needs. Hayes Collaborative of COMPASS remains committed to going above and beyond for you.

My family and I moved to North Carolina in 2007 and have not once thought about leaving. During my time here in NC I have lived in Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Pinehurst, & now Raleigh! What I love most about North Carolina is the scenery, food, education, and most of all the people. I attended East Carolina University where I received a Bachelor's in Business with a concentration in Operations & Supply Chain Management. Outside of academics, I have a variety of interests, including playing golf, watching sports, exercising, and catching up with friends over some tasty local NC food. I also consider myself to be somewhat of an outdoorsman. I enjoy hunting & fishing with respect to the wildlife, camping, and hiking. Another one of my favorite parts about NC is you have the best of both worlds with the mountains and the beach each within driving distance! I have extensive experience in interacting and meeting new people from all different backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures and love doing so! I enjoy making others' lives happier and better in any way I can, which is why I enjoy real estate so much.
Clare Greco
My husband and I moved to Raleigh three years ago from Annapolis, Maryland, with our super-sweet and energetic dog, Zeus. I am a stepmom to three amazing and very busy adult daughters. We also have three grandkids to spoil rotten.
I’ve had the privilege of living in many areas of the United States, including Colorado, Arizona, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. I am lucky to have friends and relatives across the United States. I finally made the journey to North Carolina and absolutely love it! I enjoy exploring National Parks & beaches, gardening, as well as cooking, and entertaining friends and family as much as possible. My husband and I travel often and have been all over the world - exploring new cultures, cuisines, and music along the way.
My professional career as an Architect and certified Project Manager inspired me to start a real estate business. My design and management background influences my approach to the buying and selling process; I have a keen attention to detail and quality, with an eye for design, home improvement, furniture layout, and decor. I seek quality homes for my clients and provide a personal approach to each step along the way. I look forward to helping my clients achieve their real estate dreams!
